Well I saw this cool Pumpkin cake on the front cover of this months Family Circle magazine. So I thought how hard could it be to make it? Well it is alot harder than I thought, plus it helps if you have the right Bundt pans (mine were too flat and wide).
So without keeping you in suspense any further here it is, don’t laugh please…

As for my cake I just made a regular sponge cake and layered it and then frosted it Orange, it was not pumpkin flavored. The pumpkin stem is a sugar ice cream cone.
