If you remember from last years post when I exclaimed that I finally thought about sports as being fun because my Daughter had joined her schools basketball team.
Well they are back in action as the season just started. We had not one but two games today and both were extremely edge of the seat exciting. We won the first and lost the second but it was basket for basket all the way through the game.
I don’t know what it is that makes it so exciting, perhaps it is that my Daughter is playing on the team or because I have watched the girls get better and better over time? It has been an exhausting but terrificly fun day.
This is just what I needed to lift my spirits from the stuff I have going on in my life right now. I am sure I will be back posting more and more as the season progresses.
