My lunar eclipse
With tonight being the last time a total lunar eclipse happens until 2010 I decided to take my cheap point and shoot camera outside and take some shots. Now for all you professional photo people out there, please don’t laugh as I really do need a much better camera.
Anyway here are the shots I was able to take under the dark sky. Click each image to see full size version.
At least you got some detail on the moon. I spent about two hours taking pictures, and have nothing worth showing. I tried different settings, flash and no flash, and all I have is some pictures that are nothing like what I saw. No nice shots of the colors, no fine details.
Maybe by 2010 I’ll have a better camera for the long distance night shots…
